From the very beginning of planning Lauren and Jeff’s wedding, Lauren had a clear image of exactly what she wanted her March wedding to look and feel like. Lauren is one of the most organized brides we have ever worked with and it showed with all the details perfectly in place!
Lauren and Jeff chose the west Knoxville Bridegmore Clubhouse as their ceremony and reception venue. This hidden gem in East Tennessee and made for a great backdrop to their nuptials and ensuing celebration. Event Rentals by Rothchild provided the rental items, including tent, that came in handy on this rainy day.

The beautiful flowers for the event were the craft of Lisa Foster Floral Design
Through a menu and event consultation held at The Bridal Suite in Farragut, we decided on a menu that allowed for a mix between a formal feeling but allowed for interaction between friends and family that were gathered to celebrate.
After the cocktail hour, guests made their way to the buffet that included our Starchtini Station complete with cheese grits paired with shrimp and andouille sausage, and mashed sweet potatoes with all the toppings. Guests were greeted by a carving station complete with top round of beef and roasted turkey. Roasted seasonal vegetables, marinated asparagus, and our made from scratch potato yeast rolls.
Jeff and Lauren are huge frozen yogurt fans and our new Microcreamery concept was perfect for the dessert for their event. This is a great dessert option for your guests! Read more about it here. Jeff and Lauren didn’t event have a wedding cake!
The event was a true success, thanks to the couple’s vision and the contributions from a variety of skilled vendors.
